My 10 year-old son Daytyn was diagnosed July 2017 with myelodysplastic syndrome (pre-AML). He instantly started a long road of treatments, testing, and intense chemotherapy and radiation; along with two bone marrow transplants. Needless to say this has been the hardest time in our lives as I have two other children to care for andI have to be away from work as it's just me and my babies. We had almost no money coming in.

 

Thankfully, I was put in touch with the Ryan Saturno Amenities Fund in a time where I had all but lost hope in our situation. Thanks to their incredible generosity and assistance with food and gas, I was able to spend less time stressing over finances and costs of appointments and focus with a clear head on my son and his needs.
