2018 UPDATE: We are happy to announce we have recently committed to a 5-year sponsorship of room #307 right beside our other sponsored room #306!

 

In 2016, the Ryan Saturno Patient Amenities Fund made a decision to sponsor a room within the Ronald McDonald House of Hamilton. This is an important part of our mission, as many families have to deal with long-term stays within hotels or paid lodging that is typically uncomfortable and temporary. The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home for families and allows some semblance of comfort for those going through a journey like Ryan's and many other families. Our 5 year commitment to supporting the House is one of our proudest achievements to date.

 

Built in 1993 and located next to McMaster Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House of Hamilton is independently owned and operated by Kid’s Care Oncology Central West Ontario and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, managed by a small staff team and supported by a full complement of dedicated volunteers.
