Wyatt is a fun loving 13 year boy. He was born with bilateral club feet. He has had 9 surgeries to try and correct this, which have caused numerous problems and infections. On September 18, 2018, I took him to hospital with what I thought was yet again another infection; but it was so much more. On the 19th, Wyatt was admitted to McMaster Children's Hospital and on September 21 our lives were changed forever with 4 words...your son has cancer. 

 

Wyatt was diagnosed with Acute promyelocytic leukaemia (APML) our lives became a blur of doctors, tests, and daily treatments.

 

That all changed when I met Valentino Saturno. I no longer had the fear of being alone. Through the help of the Ryan Saturno Patient Amenities Fund, and Val, this battle is less scary and we could not do this without your kind hearts and help. You have now become our family and from the bottom of our hearts we thank you.
